CDMP 232 Documentary Filmmaking in Cuba

This course offers students a four-week residency at the International School of Film and Television in San Antonio de los Baños, in Havana Province, Cuba. Working with mentors from the ranks of Cuban film professionals such as cinematographers, sound recordists, and editors, students will be guided through the documentary production process. Translation from Spanish to English will be provided at all times. (Equivalent to one Professional elective from Table I; see the Image Arts program in the Undergraduate Program Calendar.)
