Login to my.ryerson.ca in your RAMSS Student Centre. No registration form is required. Enter the pre-approval code (if necessary).
|The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education Certificate Program Time Span Extension Form|
Certificate requirements must be completed within six years from the time you were first admitted into the program. Should you require additional time to meet your program requirements, complete this form, have it approved by your program director, and submit it to Student Records for processing.

Should you decide not to continue in your Chang School certificate program, complete this form and submit it either in person, by mail, or by fax to Student Records.
