ID Cards/OneCards

As a CECL, you must obtain a Ryerson OneCard (photo ID) before the start of classes, if you wish to use the Ryerson Library, to borrow audio-visual equipment from Media Services, and to access Presentation Technology (PT) in classrooms (note: prior training and card activation at KHE227 are required before you use a podium for the first time).

NOTE: You only need to obtain your OneCard once. Keep it safe between teaching assignments; it will be re-activated automatically whenever you are re-hired to teach at The Chang School.

How to get your OneCard

  • Print your OneCard form.
  • Take the printout along with valid government issued photo ID to the OneCard Office at Jorgenson Hall (JOR02).
  • Once the card has been issued, please take your new OneCard to Media Services in Kerr Hall East, room 227 to get the card activated for accessing presentation technology in the classroom.
  • Please visit the 2nd floor Circulation Desk at the Library to get your OneCard activated for Library access.
