Course Series in Interdisciplinary Studies: Interdisciplinary Program Management

This program provides health and community services professionals and students with the knowledge and skills to plan and/or fundraise in various interdisciplinary team roles with a specific focus on health care managerial skills.

Who Should Enrol?

This course series will appeal to those working in health and community services such as registered early childhood educators, home child care consultants, nurses, child and youth care workers, social workers, occupational therapists, therapeutic recreation specialists, community and social service workers, urban planners, and food and nutrition specialists.

Program Design

Students who complete this course series will:

  • demonstrate understanding of program planning and/or fundraising and evaluation principles through practical application and examples
  • assess the characteristics of successful programs and/or fundraising initiatives to enhance program evaluation efforts with a specific focus on health care disciplines

Professional Development Award

Those who successfully complete this course series are eligible to earn a Professional Development Award from The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education.
