Forum Theatre, developed by Brazilian director Augusto Boal, has become a powerful form of storytelling to explore alternative ways of dealing with social and political issues. Participants recreate an issue-based story in detail and then present it in a way that invites audience members to intervene in the story to create a positive alternative ending. This workshop will introduce you to the techniques of this dynamic community-building form of theatre.
